Return & Refund Policy

Any claims for misprinted, broken, or otherwise flawed items must be made within 30 days of receiving the product. All claims for lost packages in transit must be made within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Claims that are found to be our fault are paid for by us.

The default return address is our warehouse facility. When we get a package that was sent back to us, an email will be sent to you automatically. After 30 days, any unclaimed returns are given to charity. If you don't use our warehouses facility as the return address, you would be responsible for any packages that are sent back to you.

Wrong Address: If you submit an address that isn't good enough for the carrier, the package will be sent back to our facility. Once we have confirmed with you that your address has changed, you will have to pay for reshipment (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed: Shipments that aren't claimed are sent back to our facility, and you'll have to pay for a reshipment to yourself or the final customer (if and as applicable).

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be given:

1. the sale of goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. Goods that were sealed but were opened after they were delivered and can't be returned for health or hygiene reasons,

Because of this, Super Star keeps the right to refuse returns at its own will.

This Policy will be ruled by and interpreted according to the English language, no matter what language is used to translate it for any reason.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
